Instead of a debit card, use a credit card and pick one for all online purchases with a small limit. Thieves can’t charge too much and you have 60 days to file a dispute.
Jorge is glad he did. He emailed saying he went to wish.com and bought something for $14. But he says at checkout, the price jumped to $42 and he can’t get in touch with anyone.
Jorge says he used his credit card protections and says they’ve taken the charge off his account.
Wish.com and freshelites.com did not get back to us with a comment by airtime.
